The Hawkeyes were scheduled to play Missouri in the 2020 Music City Bowl, but the game was eventually cancelled due to COVID-19. n The Hawkeyes are 17-16-1 all-time in bowl games. n This will be the second meeting between Iowa and Kentucky. Kroger Field (61,139) Game 1 Recap Quarterback Will Levis passed for 303 yards and three touchdowns as No. 20/21 Ken- tucky opened the 2022 season with a 37-13 win over Miami (Ohio) at Kroger Field. Tayvion Robinson, playing in his first game as a Cat, caught six passes for 136 yards, while true freshman Dane Key caught four passes for 53 yards and his first career touchdown. vs.34 @UKFootball Kentucky 26, Florida 16 Sept. 10, 2022 n Gainesville, Fla. Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (89,993) Mark Stoops became Ken- tucky’s all-time winningest coach as No. 20 Kentucky topped 12th-ranked Florida 26- 16 at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. It was the UK defense that came up large all night long. The Cats held Florida to 279 yards of total offense. Vaught-Hemingway Stadium (64,828) Will Levis connected on 18 of his 24 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns, but a late drive came up short as seventh-ranked Kentucky fell at No. 14 Ole Miss 22-19. The Cats turned to redshirt freshman Kaiya Sheron behind center. Kroger Field (61,451) Chris Rodriguez Jr. rushed for 196 yards and two touch- downs as No. 22 Kentucky topped 16th-ranked Mississip- pi State 27-17. For Rodriguez, it was the second-highest rushing total of his Kentucky career.
