THREE IN FOUR • Filip Forsberg opened the season with goals in each of his first three games. It is second-straight season Forsberg tallied in Nashville’s opening three contests; in 2019-20, he began the campaign with goals in four straight games. • Forsberg scored his 167th career goal on Jan. 14 to move into sole possession of second place on the team’s all-time goals list. • He now sits behind only David Legwand on the team’s all-time goals list; Legwand tallied 210 in 956 games with Nashville. QUICK HITS • Friday night’s game at Dallas was Nashville’s first on the road in 2020-21. • Colton Sissons logged 6:58 of shorthanded ice time on Friday, the most by a Preds player in a game since P.K.
