Carr came to Charleston after serving for two years as Athletics Director at national high school powerhouse Word of God Christian Academy in Raleigh, N.C. During that time, he also con- nected with numerous coaching staffs across the country as Scouting Director of Your Fourth Assistant, while also working as Director of Team Loaded NC, one of the premier AAU programs in the country. Before that, Carr spent five combined seasons as an assistant coach under former Cardinal assis- tant Kevin Keatts - Carr worked under Keatts at both NC State and UNC Wilmington. During the 2017-18 and 2018-19 campaigns, NC State went 45-24, highlighted by a 2018 NCAA Tour- nament berth. Carr’s time at UNC Wilmington was transfor- mative for the program, producing three straight regular season CAA championships, two CAA Tournament titles and back-to-back NCAA trips in 2016 and 2017. Carr specifically coached the Seahawks’ backcourt and helped cultivate six players who received all-conference honors in three years. Carr broke into the Division I coaching ranks in 2013-14 as an assistant coach at East Tennessee State with the Bucs making a nine-win improve- ment from the previous season. He began his coaching career at Chipola College in 2009, then joined Keatts for his final season at Hargrave Military Academy in 2010-11. That year, Hargrave finished the season as the No. 1 prep school in the country and saw eight players sign D-I scholarships. Carr also spent one season leading George Washington High School to a 25-3 mark as the head varsity coach before landing the assistant coach position at East Ten- nessee State. Prior to that, he spent five years playing an integral role on staff with the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence, a world-class institution dedicated to junior bas- ketball development in Australia and the future Boomers and Opals, who compete for the Austra- lian Men’s and Women’s National Teams. With the Centre of Excellence, Cassidy was as an assistant coach competing in the NBL1 (Divi- sion II Pro League) in Australia. Additionally, he worked in step with the NBA Global Academy, which is housed in Canberra, Australia. In his Louisville playing career, Siva scored 1,215 points from 2009-13, serving as a team captain in each of his final two seasons. The Seattle native is one of only three players to be named the Most Outstanding Player of the Big East Tournament twice. He was also the Big East Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2012-13. Siva ranked first and third in UofL history for most assists in a single season, as well as second for most assists in a career. His 90 steals in 2012- 13 were the most ever in a season by a Cardinal, and he had the second-most steals in a UofL career. Siva was selected in the second round of the 2013 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons and went on to play pro ball domestically and overseas for 10 years. He earned his graduate degree in communication from Charles- ton in 2023.Stephanie Diebold Davis Administrative Assistant Stephanie Diebold Davis has been a member of the University of Louisville men’s basketball staff since 2001. With over 20 years of experience in Cardinal Athletics, Davis has worked as an administrative assistant for UofL Basketball since 2001, helping to manage such areas as recruiting travel, business operations, compliance, fan requests, alumni ticket requests and event planning, assisting in team travel and many other tasks. She will continue to do those items in an expanded role, as well as overseeing student-athlete housing, prospective student-athlete campus visits, visiting team needs, player tickets and other matters. Davis was a standout volleyball player at Murray State as a middle hitter for three seasons (1995-97). She earned OVC All-Newcomer honors (1995), was twice named All-OVC (first team 1995, second team 1996), and was on the OVC All-Tournament team in 1995. She is among the Murray State career top ten in kills (1,106, 10th) and block assists (219, fourth), total blocks (263, sixth) and kill percentage (.236, 10th). She holds the single-season school record in block assists with 105 in 1996. Additionally in single season records, her 70 block assists in 1995 is tied for the eighth highest at Murray State, is sixth in kills with 526 in 1996, fifth in total blocks (121 in 1996) and ninth in attacks (1,302 in 1996). Her .765 attack percentage against Tennessee State in 1996 is the best single-match effort for a Racer with 15-19 attacks; her 34 kills in five sets against Arkansas Little Rock in 1996 is the third-most in school history; and her eight block assists against Saint Louis in 1996 is tied for the third highest at Murray State. Davis coached youth volleyball teams for 13 years at St. Albert the Great School in Louisville and for four years with the Kentucky Indiana Volleyball Association while also organizing team schedules and practice plans. Tom Pupavac Creative Director for Men’s Basketball Pupavac enters his second season at UofL as the creative director for men’s basketball for the 2025-26 season under head coach Pat Kelsey. Pupavac will be spending his fifth season in creative content after spending three seasons under Kelsey at Charleston. He previously played four seasons of bas- ketball under Kelsey at Winthrop. In his role, Pupavac is responsible for producing digital creative projects involving the men’s basketball program including photography, videography and graphic design. He works closely with the athletic creative services pho- tography, videography and graphic design departments, as well as the men’s basketball SID/social media coordinator to develop on-brand projects that serve the program. He collaborates with the coaching staff to produce all creative recruiting content for targeted prospects and leads creative projects with prospects during their official visits. He helped double the Cougars social media metrics during his three years in Charleston. In 2022, the Cougars ranked 98th in total social interactions, 74th in interaction rate, 87th in total views and experienced the third-best growth rate in DI men’s basketball. An Australian native, Pupavac graduated in 2021 from Winthrop with a degree in business administration. In his four seasons on the court with Kelsey, the won two conference championships. Katie Creznic Associate Athletic Trainer Creznic enters her second season at UofL as an as- sociate athletic trainer for the 2025-26 men’s basketball season under head coach Pat Kelsey. Prior to her work with Kelsey at Charleston, Creznic was at Morgan State University working with men’s basketball first as an assistant athletic trainer (2017-18) before being promoted to Director of Sports Medicine from 2018 onward. She interned at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., from 2013-2015 and was a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina. While in the Palmetto State for graduate school, she worked at Dreher High School and South Carolina State University. Outside of college athletics, Creznic was an athletic trainer at the 2022 NBA Combine and G League Elite Camp as well as the NBA x HBCU Sum- mer League Combine that same summer. Creznic holds certifications in Graston Level 1, Myofascial Cupping, Intricate Art Dry Needling Level 1, PES and FMC-C. Creznic graduated from Messiah College (now University) with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training in 2013. She added on a master’s in advanced athletic training in 2017 from the University of South Carolina. Creznic is originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania. Jonah Wexler Director of Video and Analytics Wexler begins his second season as the Director of Video & Analytics at UofL under Pat Kelsey in the 2025-26 season. Wexler manages all video and analytics for the men’s basketball program, aiding in scouting, film, practice review, recruiting and more. Phillips was a former intern in the Academic Services for Athletics department before making stops at Vil- lanova University as an Academic Support Intern, the University of Southern Mississippi as an Athletic Academic Counselor and Graduate Assistant/Internship Coordinator, and the University of Memphis as an Athletic Academic Counselor. He worked with several different teams at those universities including: football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, women’s golf, men’s golf, men’s soccer, softball, men’s tennis, women’s rowing, women’s volleyball, and women’s water polo. Originally from Bardstown, Ky., Jalen attended Bethlehem High School before attending UofL. He graduated from UofL with both his bachelor’s degree in 2016 and master’s degree in 2018. He is a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A). Phillips and his wife Ashley, have two children. A daughter named Aliza, and a son named Carmelo Tiffany White Associate Director of Sports Nutrition Tiffany White joined the UofL Athletics staff in 2021 as Associate Director of Sports Nutrition and is in her fourth year working with the Cardinals’ men’s basketball team. White is a registered dietitian and master’s graduate in nutrition with a background in exercise science. She came to UofL after serving as a clinical dietitian at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. She completed an immersive fellowship in sports nutrition at St. Vincent Sports Performance in Indianapolis, working with Butler University Athletics. She also served as a dietetic intern at Northwestern University Athlet- ics where she worked with the Wildcats’ football, soccer and basketball teams. White served as a registered dietitian with Chicago Spine and Sports, where she also served as a personal trainer and a rehabilitation specialist. She has taught sports nutrition as an adjunct instructor and course developer for two years at Trinity International University and as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. A certified personal trainer, White earned her bachelor’s degree in kine- siology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015 and also earned her master’s degree in nutrition from UIC in 2018. She is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association. Frank Anselem-Ibe Graduate Manager Frank Anselem-Ibe is entering his first season as a graduate manager for the program in 2025-26. Anselem-Ibe recently played for the Cardinals during the 2024-25 season, Pat Kelsey’s first year as head coach. Prior to heading to The Ville, Anselem-Ibe played for two seasons at Georgia and two seasons at Syracuse for the legendary Jim Boeheim. Braden Carver Graduate Manager Braden Carver is entering his first season as a gradu- ate manager and third season overall with the men’s basketball program. Carver recently graduated from Louisville in Spring 2025 and was elevated to his graduate manager position. He assists the Director of Video and Analytics on a regular basis, aiding in scouting, film breakdown, practice film and file transfers. Charlie Champagne Graduate Manager Charlie Champagne is entering his second season at Louisville under head coach Pat Kelsey, serving as a graduate manager for the 2025-26 season. Champagne was on a basketball athletic scholarship for four years at the Division II level between three years at Christian Brothers and one year at Montevallo. He graduated cum laude from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn., with a bachelor’s degree. Champagne is the oldest of four siblings and is originally from Florence, Alabama. Jacob Monesson Graduate Manager Jacob Monesson is entering his second season at Lou- isville under head coach Pat Kelsey, serving as a graduate manager for the 2025-26 season. Monesson assists the program with player develop- ment, scouting, recruiting and film. Most recently, Monesson was the head team manager for LSU men’s basketball for the 2023-24 season. He was a team manager for the program for all four of his years at LSU. While at Louisiana State University, he was on an academic non-resident merit scholarship and was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success at LSU. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sport administra- tion with a minor in business administration. In high school, he was also the assistant coach for 14U adidas Gauntlet 3SSB. In 2018 and 2019, his team, Houston Christian High School, won the private school state championship. Monesson was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Graham Sandefur Graduate Manager Graham Sandefur is entering his first season as a graduate manager with the University of Louisville men’s basketball program under head coach Pat Kelsey. He previously served as a student manager for three seasons, contributing to various aspects of the program’s day to day operations. As a student manager, Sandefur played an integral role in the program’s operations, contributing to film breakdown, scouting preparation, equipment logistics, and tracking key team statistics during games. Kyle Zunic Graduate Manager Kyle Zunic is entering his second season at Louisville under head coach Pat Kelsey, serving as a graduate manager for the 2025-26 season. The Wollongong, Australia, native most recently played professional basketball in the National Basketball League (NBL) in Australia for three seasons. Prior to his professional career, Zunic played under Kelsey at Winthrop for four seasons between 2017 and 2021. He started in 59 contests, playing in 113 for the Eagles. He averaged 6.5 points per game while shooting 39.9% from the floor. In his time in Rock Hill, S.C., Zunic helped the Eagles win the Big South Conference Tournament two years in a row in 2020 and 2021. He was also named to the Big South All-Academic Team both of those years as well. He graduated from Winthrop with a bachelor’s degree in 2021. Jackson Grant Athletic Training Graduate Assistant Jackson Grant is entering his first season in the train- ing room with the Cardinals, serving the program as a graduate assistant under Katie Creznic. Grant graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2024 with a bachelor’s in exercise and sports science and is currently pursuing his master’s of athletic training. Alex Pratcher Strength Training Graduate Assistant Alex Pratcher is entering his first season in the weight room with the Cardinals as a graduate assistant under Chief of Staff/Director of Strength and Conditioning Eli Foy. Pratcher graduated with his master’s in kinesiol- ogy and exercise science from Merrimack College in 2024.
