Season credential privileges may be granted to daily newspapers, magazines, radio stations and television stations that cover the Louisville football program on a regular basis – i.e., weekly news conferences and all home games. Credentials are grant- ed at the discretion of Louisville Athletics and additional requests and affiliations are considered on an individual basis. Due to space constraints, credentials will be limited to working media only. If media creden- tials are not picked up in advance, they will be available for pickup at the West Ticket Booth located outside Gate 7 of L&N Stadium. Media should enter through Gate 8 to gain access to elevators for the press box. No credentials will be mailed. Media members wishing to cover UofL on the road are encouraged to contact Rocco Gasparro (rocco.gasparro@louisville.edu) at least two weeks prior to the contest to secure credentials. All photographers must obtain and wear a Louisville Athletics vest (available in the press box on gamedays and a media pass to shoot inside L&N Stadium. NCAA rules limit shooting to outside the restraining line enclosing the playing field and outside the 20-yard lines (the team areas). Children under 16 years old are not permitted on the sideline. Photographers are asked to stay behind the white dotted line on the field with priority given to individuals operating cameras and parabolic microphones for the television network broadcasting the game. The designated photographer work space is on the field level of L&N Stadium, just inside the tunnel on the west side. Tables, chairs, power strips and wireless internet are provid- ed and the area may be used on a first-come, first-served basis. theACC.Com/Media The Atlantic Coast Conference’s official website, theACC.com, is the most complete source for ACC football information. theACC. com/media is also the site for transcripts of the league’s football coaches teleconfer- ence every Wednesday afternoon during the season.The media section is dedicated to the specific needs of media members and includes downloads of ACC and school logos, as well as headshots of players and coaches from select sports. An individual account is required to access the site. Go to the ACC. com/media to register. Collegepressbox.com Collegepressbox.com is the official web- site for ACC football. Access and download weekly game notes, quotes, statistics, media guides for the conference and each of its 14 members throughout the season. Login information will be distributed to accredit- ed media or you can apply for a password by sending an e-mail to password@colleg- epressbox.com. Press Box Services Packets with pre-game information will be distributed prior to kickoff. Play-by-play, com- plete halftime and final statistics, coaches and player quote sheets are all regular services on game day. Monitors with updated statistics are available throughout the press level and in booths for electronic media. In addition, tele- vision monitors are also part of the fixtures in both home and visiting radio booths. Press Box There are three levels to the L&N Stadium Press Box: (3-4) Suites; (5) Press Level, AD Suites, President’s Suite, Photo Deck, Visit- ing and Home Coaches Booth, Visiting and Home Radio Booths, Replay Booth, Television Booth. Postgame Policy Post-game interviews at L&N Stadium are held in the meeting rooms of the foot- ball complex. The meeting room entrance is located to the right of the walkway leading the teams to the field. After meeting with the team, head coach Jeff Brohm will be brought into the Team Defensive Meeting Room. Additional players upon request will also be brought into the team meeting room. The visiting coach and players are available in a room outside their locker room. Please check with the visiting SID for more details. Typed post-game quotes from both head coaches and players will be available in the press box following the game. For both home and away games, the Lou- isville locker and training rooms are closed to the media. Football SID Rocco Gasparro will survey the media in the fourth quarter for player requests. Media Will Call Approved media or photo credentials can be obtained at the Media Will Call Booth at Gate 7 of L&N Stadium. Media Will Call opens approximately two hours prior to kickoff and will close about 30 minutes after kickoff. Wireless Internet L&N Stadium press box offers free wire- less internet service to media members. Instructions will be provided to the media on game day. For further questions, contact the UofL Sports Information staff on the upper level of the press box. Radio All University of Louisville football games will be broadcast live on the Cardinal Football Network developed by Learfield Sports Mar- keting. UofL and Learfield’s Louisville Sports Properties, the multimedia rightsholder, inked a new deal with Louisville First Radio Group to be the flagship for the Louisville Cardinals Radio Network. Under the agreement, ESPN 93.9 FM ‘The Ville’ and WGTK 970 AM will carry all Cardinal sports programming. Paul Rogers will serve as the play-play voice for the 34th year, while former Cardinal Craig Swabek serves as color analyst and Jody Demling returns as the side- line reporter.
