This information may also be accessed at the official web site of Villanova Athletics, villanova.com. GAME CREDENTIALS Villanova will again utilize an online cre- dential application system. Please contact the Office of Media Relations to request that link. Credentials are granted in accordance with NCAA and Big East guidelines at the discre- tion of the Office of Media Relations. Priority is given to national and local outlets based on verified circulation and online views data. Credentials are awarded on a space available basis. At the Finneran Pavilion, those who have received confirmation of an approved creden- tial request, may proceed to the Media Will Call window for pickup. The Media Will Call window is located in the main lobby area off of McMahon Way. At the Wells Fargo Center, approved creden- tial applicants may enter at the door marked “Employees/Press” on the concourse level opposite Xfinity Live. At the bottom of the stair well, credential distribution will take place at the control room. PHOTO AND FILM CREDENTIALS Photographers and videographers may also apply for credentials no later than one week prior to the game at www.villanova.com/ mbbcredentials Those photographers and videographers who receive credentials will be assigned a spot along the baseline. Due to a reduction in available spaces, all photographers are asked to remain in their assigned places during live game action. Attempting to change or alter the baseline assignments is grounds for revo- cation of the credential and or suspension of future requests. By accepting a credential, photographers and videographers assume all risk that accom- panies occupying a baseline position near the court. Photography is not permitted along the sidelines or in and around the team bench areas. It is also not permissible to block the view of patrons at any time. No cameras may be mounted on back- boards, signage boards or other stationary objects in the arena without the express writ- ten consent of Villanova Athletics. POSTGAME INTERVIEW POLICY The Villanova locker room is closed. A post- game press conference will be held following 10-minute cooling off period in the Villanova Media Room (Finneran Pavilion lower level adjacent to the Fitzgerald Club) or Interview Area (Wells Fargo Center ground level). Villanova head coach Jay Wright and select- ed student-athletes will appear. The visiting team head coach will also appear along with selected student-athletes. Please check with opponent SID contacts regarding individual team locker room policies. MEDIA SEATING The media seating area at the Finneran Pavilion is located in section 212. All seats are assigned by Villanova Media Relations. Those filing postgame reports are encouraged to do so from their press box seat location. The area will remain accessible following the post-game press briefing. The main press seating area in the Wells Fargo Center is behind the basket. For games played at the Center, media are asked to use the Lower Press Room to file once the game ends. OFFICIAL RADIO The official visiting radio outlet will be seated at the scorer’s table next to the visitors bench during games played at the Finneran Pavilion. For those games played at the Wells Fargo Center, the official visiting team radio location is across from the scorer’s table at floor level, adjacent to the originating televi- sion network location. Other radio requests should be made via the online credentialing system. Outlets are granted no more than a single game credential with priority given to those stations that regu- larly staff Villanova games. NON GAMEDAY INTERVIEWS All requests for interviews of Villanova coaches and student-athletes may be directed to Mike Sheridan, Assistant Athletics Director/ Communications. No interviews are conducted on game days or on team off days. A post-practice Zoom media availability session will be held on the day before home games or, depending on travel, the day of team departure for road contests. These times vary based on the team schedule but are generally held on the court inside the Davis Center or Finneran Pavilion. MEDIA PARKING Those applicants approved for credentials will be added to a media parking list. At the Finneran Pavilion, the media parking list is located at the main campus entrance on Ithan Avenue. Drivers will be directed to the Health Services Garage, located across Ithan Avenue from Finneran Pavilion. At the Wells Fargo Center, the media park- ing list is at the Broad Street entrance. Parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. Credential approval does not guarantee a parking spot. GAMEDAY SERVICES Game notes and updated statistics may be found at villanova.com. A digital copy of this media guide is there as well. During games, halftime and postgame sta- tistics will be distributed in the Media Room and along press row.
